I realized I was different early in life but
only began to really understand spiritual gifts such as healing and
communication while under going a life transformation in the early 1980’s.
Previous to this time I had been practicing as a spiritual communicator
and constantly received premonitions and messages. I have memories of
spiritual communication dating as far back as age three.
I was born in the mid 1950’s in the East Midlands of England and
felt driven to search for something that was a mystery to me for most
of my early childhood. Going from church to chapel, staying anywhere
from only one day to more lengthy visits, I gained much understanding,
love and empathy for people less fortunate than I.
I was a professional soldier as a young man in England and decided to
embark upon a new life after leaving the army. In 1976 I moved to Calgary,
Alberta and while working as an apprentice pipe fitter, I spent nights
and many weekends continuing to study spiritual gifts and related topics
surrounding this subject. I was fortunate to be mentored by the world-renowned
Medium Margaret Davenport and many others, including Spiritual Healer
and teacher Harry Edwards.
During my development studies I was guided to attend the First Calgary
Spiritualist church in Alberta. Helen and Jack welcomed me with open
arms and I grew to trust that my gift was not a curse after all. While
attending this Church, I felt I was finally on the right path. Although
originally apprehensive, I gained confidence to talk to outsiders about
my gift and after many months of training in the early 1980's started
to see clients on a regular basis.
In 1985 I moved to Vancouver Island where I attended the Spiritualist
churches of the Victoria area. I attended further training sessions
in healing and as a medium through group development circles, but never
felt totally at home in the new setting. I had now decided that the
Spiritualist church was no longer able to answer my needs.
From 1985-1988 I worked in property management and the tenant improvement
field, but still managed to see many clients in the evening and on weekends
for healing and Mediumship. In 1991 I stopped seeing clients and expanded
my career becoming a facility manager and interior designer with an
island based healthcare provider. I then became involved in managing
some 50 plus bank facilities on the west coast of Canada. I completely
stopped seeing clients all together at this point because I knew I could
no longer give freely of my time after becoming a father for the first
time and must now provide a stable home for my family.
In 1996 I felt emptiness in my life and heart despite family and material
success, and found myself frantically searching for answers as I was
receiving many prompts to work with spirit again. After a long process
of introspection I realized I must continue to share my gifts with those
who sought help. To this end, I re-opened my practice as a spiritual
conduit for communication and healing through the transference of universal
healing energies and now welcome clients to my home office near Victoria.
