Who's Who

Alistair Crane: The formidable head of the Crane family, Alistair not only owns the Crane house and estate, he also owns most of Harmony, including the cannery. He has always blamed Sheridan for the death of his wife, Katherine, who was weakened by Sheridan's death and died shortly before Sheridan became a teenager, when she killed Martin Fitzgerald.

Antonio Brian Lopez-Fitzgerald: Eldest child of Pilar and Martin, he left Harmony after Luis graduated high-school for parts unknown because of Julian Crane. Recently returned to Harmony after denying his past for years, and only recently learned that his wife is sleeping with his brother, and that he may not be the father of her baby.

Beth Wallace: As a child, was molested by one of her mother's 'boyfriends'. Although her mother was never married to Mr. Wallace, Beth took his name, and continued working at his Book Café even after he sold it to the Cranes. Previously sane, she kidnapped Sheridan's son and is pretending that he is hers.

Chad Harris: Came to Harmony to find his family, only to learn that the Harrises adopted him in Harmony. Has searched for his family for years. Pretended to date Simone while romancing Whitney, then left for L.A. with Whitney as his fiancé. Whitney broke up with him when she learned he lied about being married...and still was.

Charity Standish: Only child of Faith Standish and an unknown father, she has been in danger repeatedly over the years because of the hatred and jealousy of her cousin Kay, who wants Charity's true love, Miguel, for her own. Promised Death she would stay away from Miguel to save his daughter.

David Hastings: World-famous photographer, he was shocked to find Grace's photograph in a tabloid magazine, and rushed to Harmony, where he soon fell into Ivy Winthrop's trap, and agreed to pretend to be her husband. Is torn not only because he truly loves Grace, but also because his son, John, believes Grace is his long-lost mother.

Dr. Eve Johnson Russell: Older daughter of Warren and Tanya Lincoln Johnson, she fell in love with singing at a young age, and through her singing, met and fell in love with Julian Crane. After their child died and she met T.C. Russell, she recreated her life, and has been happy with him for over twenty years, but now her sister is determined to ruin her life.

Ethan Martin Crane: Theresa's son with Julian. Initially Theresa planned to pass him off as Ethan's before she realised Ethan would know the timing was off. She has often used him in an attempt to manipulate Ethan into leaving Gwen. Social services recently took him away from her after taking a look into Theresa's past (thanks to Rebecca).

Ethan Winthrop: Raised as Julian Crane's son, the moment he learned he wasn't a Crane he turned his back on the family and walked out. His childhood sweetheart was Gwen Hotchkiss, but when Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald schemed to land him, he fell for the act. Although he still dreams of Theresa, he is now married to Gwen.

Grace Standish Bennett: With no memory of the first twenty years of her life, Grace was prime pickings for Ivy when she launched her plan to have Grace believe she is David Hastings' long-lost wife. Grace alone realises that Kay is possessed by evil. Recently left Sam to be with her husband David, but believes she made a mistake.

Gwen Hotchkiss Winthrop: Childhood love of Ethan Winthrop, and only child of Jonathan and Rebecca Hotchkiss. Gwen's life was destroyed when she learned that Ethan was cheating on her with a good friend of theirs, Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald. Gwen has been trying to expose Theresa for years without success, but is finally getting things back on track with Ethan.

Hank Bennett: Hank left town after graduating high-school, as much to explore the world as to get away from his overbearing brother / father-figure Sam, who raised him along with his own children. Hank is quiet about his time away, only admitting that he fell deeply in love with a woman and lost her. Has a criminal past under the alias Jack Gallagher.

Ivy Winthrop Crane: As a teen, she was in love with Sam Bennett, but chose Julian Crane because of his money and power, then passed Sam's son off as Julian's for twenty-five years. Now that Julian has kicked her out of his life, and her three Crane children hate her, she is trying to break up Sam and Grace and get Sam for herself once and for all.

Jessica Bennett: Sam and Grace's younger daughter, and a recent high-school graduate. She has always been the ultimate goody-two-shoes, protecting Kay even though she disagrees with what she is doing, and trying hard to keep her family together despite her sister's actions. Has recently renewed her relationship with Reese Durkee.

John Hastings: David's poetic son, currently attending university. He is thrilled to have his 'mother' back in his life, and although well into his twenties, is trying hard to get his father and mother back together. Smarter than he looks, as he sees through Kay's schemes, but works hard to deny his attraction to his 'cousin' Charity.

Julian Linus Crane: The spineless son of Alistair Crane. Julian has more children than any other man on the show, with six guaranteed offspring (one with Eve, three with Ivy, one with Theresa, and one with Tabitha), and also believed to be Chad Harris' father. Owner of the Book Café and the Blue Note, and acting president of Crane Industries.

Kathleen Elizabeth Bennett: For reasons unknown, Kay has always hated her mother, and blamed her for every problem she has ever had. Has repeatedly planned the downfall (and death) of her cousin Charity, and most recently, she used black magic to turn herself into her cousin to seduce Miguel, whom she is obsessed with, and ended up pregnant.

Liz Sanbourne: Four years younger than Eve, Liz has never forgiven Eve for 'ruining their family'. She spent many years in St. Lisa's, unable to commit to any man, and has blamed Eve for every single problem she has ever had. Let Antonio go because she loved him too much to see him unhappy, and is now trying to destroy Eve and her entire family.

Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald: After Antonio left when Luis was 18, he broke things off with Beth and stayed in Harmony to be a cop, and to help look after Theresa and Miguel. Has picked things up with Beth a few times over the years, even getting engaged to her, but it's Sheridan Crane who holds his heart. Currently trying to convince Antonio that Sheridan loves him more.

Maria Ivy Lopez-Fitzgerald: Born in the summer of 2003, Kay's child with Miguel. Conceived using black magic; Miguel believed he was sleeping with Charity. Nearly died at birth. Charity gave up Miguel for her life. Kay frequently uses her in numerous attempts to manipulate Miguel.

Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald: Pilar's youngest son, Miguel has been in love with Charity since the moment he met her. She was far from his first girlfriend, but since meeting her, he has thought of no one else. Because of Kay's scheming, she gave birth to his daughter, but Miguel is working hard to convince Charity he can be her husband.

Edna Wallace: Beth's mother was the town mattress in her younger years, and has verbally and emotionally abused her daughter her entire life, even turning a blind eye when her johns sexually molested her daughter. Does whatever she can do to destroy any chance Beth has at happiness, and blames Beth for her current medical condition. Also has a son. Never actually married Mr. Wallace, but uses his name.

Nicholas Foxworth Crane: Only son of Julian and Ivy Crane, and only legitimate heir to the Crane fortune. Fox hates his mother for shunting him aside, and hates his father for letting Ivy keep them apart. Has been scheming to make Whitney Russell his own, but hit a snag when Theresa (whom he finds high maintenance) decided that they were dating.

Pilar Lopez-Fitzgerald: Alone since her husband disappeared over a decade ago, Pilar has been the willing participant first in Ivy's schemes, then in Theresa's schemes. Pilar has done her best to convince Luis and Sheridan not to hurt Antonio, but has had very little role as of late, except for looking after her grandson, Ethan Crane.

Rebecca Hotchkiss Crane: Married for her money by a penniless Jonathan Hotchkiss, Ivy's childhood friend Rebecca was an innocent turned temptress by years of being second best. Years of being wanted only for her money taught Rebecca that only money is important. Recently married to Julian, Rebecca is determined to punish Theresa for what she has done to Gwen over the years. Also respects Theresa for being so good at being bad.

Sam Bennett: Chief of police, Sam raised his brother Hank along with his own three children with Grace in the house they grew up in. Found out in 2001 that he had fathered a son, Ethan, with his ex-girlfriend, but she had kept it a secret to keep her hands on the Crane money. Loves Grace will all his heart, but still hasn't seen through Ivy's schemes.

Sheridan Crane-Lopez-Fitzgerald: Sent overseas at 12, and spent years in and out of mental institutions after causing the death of Martin Fitzgerald (which she blocked from her mind). Has has numerous lovers and fiancés over the years who only wanted her money. Married to Antonio Lopez-Fitzgerald, but yearns for his brother Luis. Knows that Beth's baby is hers.

Simone Russell: Younger daughter of T.C. and Eve, she was devastated when the man who swore he loved her and proclaimed to be her boyfriend was found to be sleeping with her sister. Is blaming Whitney for turning Chad's head, as she has still been kept in the dark about the reasons as to why Chad told her he loved her.

Tabitha Lenox: Harmony's resident witch, Tabitha is the primary force of darkness in Harmony. Her most recent bad act has created six pregnant women in Harmony (Gwen, Kay, Tabitha, Sheridan, and two unknown). Stills mourns the death of her beloved Timmy, but now has a new sidekick who is even more evil than she is...Kay Bennett.

Thornton Chandler Russell: T.C. was a tennis star on the fast track when an accident as a teenager destroyed all his hopes and dreams. His father died shortly thereafter, leaving only child T.C. alone in the world. T.C. loves his wife and family, but his insane temper has caused numerous problems. Has no idea his 'friend' Liz is trying to land him.

Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald: Harmony's reigning diva, Theresa launched a campaign to land Ethan Crane that almost worked until she found herself wedded and bedded to Julian Crane. Although their marriage was proved invalid, Theresa will have a lasting reminder in their son, Ethan. Now she is concentrating on destroy Gwen and Ethan's marriage, and believes that God took the life of their daughter Sarah to show Theresa that she and Ethan were meant to be.

Whitney Russell: Older daughter of T.C. and Eve, Whitney concentrated solely on her tennis throughout her teenage years, ignoring love even when it stared her in the face. Despite her initial revulsion with Chad Harris, she eventually fell deeply in love with him, but worried about hurting Simone, whom Chad had claimed to love, and was pretending to date. Eventually left Chad after learning he was married and lied about it.
