The Island Bel Canto Singers performed as Guest Artists for the Tidesmen Barbershop Chorus Concert at the Port Theatre in Nanaimo on November 3, 2007. They sang 4 a Cappella numbers on their own, and joined with the Tidesmen for the finale, a moving rendition of Loch Lomond, conducted by their own director Lionel Tanod.
It was the first time the Island Bel Canto Singers had performed at the Port Theatre, an experience thoroughly enjoyed by all. It was even fun in the dressing room, as you can see by the smiling faces below!
