Developing the IPAC system, Tasha and David run Alexander Technique courses from their beautiful home in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Lauren paints landscapes of BC on a variety of mediums and also has a wonderful collection of painted river rock which make great souvenirs to take home as a reminder of your trip to BC. Please visit btedesign to see examples of Lauren's art work.
Gay uses watercolours to create landscapes of Port Moody and the local area. You can arrange to visit Gay at her studio to see examples of her work.
