The term pro bono simply
means "for public good". More than likely, you have heard it to
describe a lawyer who will provide counsel for group or individual in
need. Many times, pro bono works as a benefit to the one doing the
work.
How
would your world look if everyone you knew
did one job pro bono every year? A car mechanic who fixes the young
college student's old beater for free. The florist who sends an elderly
couple in the neighbourhood a beautiful arrangement at no cost.
The web designer who builds a site for a non-profit organization to
give them a voice on the world wide web.
If
you know of a non-profit organization that is needing printer supplies,
please contact Wanda at:
inkinawink@shaw.ca.
I will provide my skills and passion pro bono.
