Helene Knipe, CGA, President. Helene has been setting up computerized accounting systems and providing user training and support for seventeen years.  As a Certified General Accountant with seven years of public practice experience, she has the accounting background necessary to implement computerized accounting procedures that are efficient, auditable and follow Generally Accepted Accounting Principals.  She has extensive business,  managerial, auditing, accounting, bookeeping and secretarial experience.   

In 1984, Helene and her husband started a company that developed and marketed various accounting software programs. Helene wrote all user and training manuals and was responsible for setting up clients, training and support. Having been pushed out of the accounting software market by much larger companies, such as Bedford (known presently as Simply Accounting), Helene offered services for the accounting software packages that did dominate the market. Helene is currently a Certified Simply Accounting Consultant, a Quick Books Professional advisor and a M.Y.O.B. consultant. She is also familiar with numerous other business and accounting application programs.

In 1991, with the goal of becoming a Certified General Accountant, Helene joined a firm of Certified General Accountants in public practice. After receiving her Certified General Accountant designation, she decided to form Infotech Consulting Inc. in order to concentrate excluvisely on accounting software consulting and training. .
