Lisa is fascinated with old books and experiments with historical printing techniques. Off Piste Press was named after her love of backcountry skiing and because binding and printing by hand using traditional techniques and antique equipment is off the beaten path! She the exciting world of fine press books and printmaking, doing some etchings, linocuts, wood cuts and monoprints. She has a couple of fonts of cold type and a Ludlow for linecasting. She prints on a Vandercook 4T cylinder press, and Chandler and Price Gordon platen press. Her projects include broadsides, artist books, cards and invitations and other prints. Off Piste Press will do commissions.
