Welcome

Here are some pizza recipes I've cobbled together
over the last five years or so.

While the list is under constant construction
you will find new concoctions added here and there, so check back.

These pizza's have amazing flavors and
my recipes cover everything from vegetarian pies
to a very specialized sausage pizza
on to some desert pizza recipes that are always a big surprise.

Well ... go ahead, pull out your apron
and whip up a pizza that will make
your family and friends beg for more.

Who knows ... you may never order in again.

Basic Pizza Dough:

What you need:
1 tblsp fast acting yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tblsp Sea Salt
1 tblsp Brow Sugar
1 tblsp Olive Oil

Still into water yeast when the five minutes are up
21/2 cups all purpose flour

How to put it all together:
Combine water and yeast and let stand for 5 minutes
Mix together the Salt, Sugar and Olive Oil
Combine well with the water
Add in 2 1/2 cups of Flour
Mix swiftly
Knead into elastic dough
Knead for approx. 7-8 minutes
Cover with a damp warm towel and let rise at least once
(20-30 minutes)

Works well after one rising
Have fun... the more you make it the better it becomes ...

Asparagus Pizza

What you need:
1 Basic Dough Recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
8-16 pickled Asparagus Spears
Capers to taste
Camembert Cheese

Lox

How to put it all together:
Roll out pizza dough
Cover rolled out pizza dough with lox strips
Arrange Asparagus Spears (one or two per slice)
Dot pizza with Capers
Slice or cube Camembert Cheese
Cover or dot pizza with Camembert Cheese

Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve ...

Asparagus with Artichoke

What you need:
1 Basic Pizza Dough Recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
1 1/2 cups *sauce
1 can Pickled Asparagus Spears
8 or more Artichoke Hearts
1 can of Green Olives stuff with Anchovies or your favorite
200 grams of Havarti Cheese
300 grams of Mozzarella Cheese

*Sauce:
(makes more than you will need for this pizza
= very tasty pasta sauce also
4 Carrots (peeled and chopped)
1 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
5 Cloves of Garlic (of to taste)
Juice of 1/2 Lime (or more to taste)
1 cube vegetable, beef or chicken Boullion
2-3tbsp. Dried Basil
2-3 tbsp Olive Oil

How to put it all together:
Roll out your pizza dough
Spread sauce over dough
Arrange Asparagus spears on pizza
Distribute Artichoke Hearts to your hearts content
Dot with Green Olives
Spread cubed Cheeses over the pizza

Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

Date & Chicken

What you need:
1 basic Pizza Dough Recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
4 debarred Chicken Breasts
Sauce:
4-6 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp Ginger
2 tsp Coarse Salt
2 tsp Tumeric
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Fresh Ground Pepper
Lemon Zest of 1/3 Lemon
200 grams Green (pitted) Olives
25 (pitted) Dates
5 Cloves Garlic

How to put it all together:
Mix spices, Olive Oil, Slat and Lemon Zest well
Dice or mince Garlic and add to mixture
halve Dates and Olives
Add Olives to mixture and stir together
Set Dates aside
Cube (bite-sized) the Chicken Breasts and toss with Spice mixture
let marinate for at least one hour
In a large pan sauté Chicken/Olive mixture over Med/High heat
> until Chicken is cooked through
Reduce heat and add Dates
Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally
Roll out the pizza dough
Spread the Date/Chicken mix over the pizza dough

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

Pesto & Asparagus Pizza

What you need:
1 basic Pizza Dough Recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
190 ml jar of your favorite Pesto sauce
1 bunch of fresh Asparagus
400 grams of Gouda Cheese with Caraway seeds

How to put it all together:
Snap off the tough ends of the Asparagus by hand before steaming
Steam until Asparagus is just tender but still crunchy
Roll out your pizza dough
Spread enough Pesto to cover dough
Arrange Asparagus Spears evenly in a spoke design
Slice or cube Cheese and cover pizza with cheese

Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

Three Cheese Pizza

What you need:
1 basic Pizza Dough Recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
300 grams Racelette Cheese (French or Swiss)
200 grams Gorgonzola Mascarpone (creamy is preferable)
300 grams Emmenthal (Swiss)

How to put it all together:
Cube Racelette and Emmenthal Cheeses
Dab and spread about 100 grams of the Gorgonzola
onto the rolled out pizza dough
Evenly distribute the remaining Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

Mascarpone, Leek and Orange Pepper Pizza

What you need:
1 basic Pizza Dough Recipe (cover's one 16 inch pan)
2-3tbsp Butter
3-4 Medium Leeks
2 Orange Peppers
2 tblsp fresh Parsley
3 Medium ripe Tomatoes
350 grams Mascarpone Cheese

How to put it all together:
Wash Leeks and slice thinly the white and green parts
Wash Orange Peppers and slice into long thin strips
Wash and chop Parsley
Wash, seed and chop Tomatoes
Heat Butter over Medium heat in heavy skillet
Add Leeks and Peppers and sauté for approx., 10 minutes
Stir in the Parsley and season with Salt to taste
Roll out Pizza dough
Spread Mascarpone Cheese onto dough
Distribute Leek and Pepper mixture evenly over cheese
Arrange Tomato slices on top

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

Date + Lamb Pizza

What you need:
1 basic Pizza Dough Recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
500-750 grams Lamb Meat
Sauce:
2-4 tbsp Olive Oil
11/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Coarse Salt
1 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp Paprika
14 tsp Cinnamon
Fresh ground Pepper

Lemon Zest
200 grams Green (pitted) Olives
20 (pitted) Dates
5 Cloves of Garlic

How to put it all together:
Mix the sauce mixture
Dice Garlic and add to mixture
Add Dates and Green Olives and stir together
Cube (bite-sized) and sauté the Lamb until tender and brown
Toss with Spice mixture
Roll out Dough

Spread the Date Sauce over the pizza dough
Distribute Lamp pieces

Bake in 450 for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

Date and Tofu Pizza

What you need:
1 basic Pizza Dough Recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
1 350 gram package Medium or Firm Tofu (diced)
Sauce:

2-4 tsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Coarse Salt
1 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp Paprika
14 tsp Cinnamon
Fresh Ground Pepper
Lemon Zest
200 grams Spicy Green (pitted) Olives
25 (pitted) Dates
5 Cloves Garlic
400 grams Feta Cheese (optional)

How to put it all together:
Mix the sauce mixture
Dice the Garlic and add to mixture
Add dates and green olives and stir together
Cube (bite-sized)and marinate the Tofu in the mixture for 2 hours
Roll out dough
Spread the Date Sauce over pizza dough
Distribute Tofu pieces
Sprinkle with Feta is you 're using it

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

Date + Turkey Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
2 deboned Turkey Breasts
Sauce:
2-4 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Coarse Salt
1 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp Paprika
14 tsp Cinnamon
Fresh Ground Pepper
Lemon Zest
200 grams Green (pitted) Olives
20 pitted Dates
5 Cloves Garlic
400 grams Feta Cheese

How to put it all together:
Mix the Sauce mixture
Dice Garlic and add to mixture
Add Dates and Green Olives and stir together
Cube (bite-sized) and sauté the Turkey until tender and browned
Toss with Spice Mixture
Roll out Dough
Spread the date sauce over the pizza dough
Distribute Turkey pieces and sprinkle with Feta if you like

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

Date + Veal Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
500-750 grams Veal
Sauce:
2-4 tblsp Olive Oil
1 1/2tbsp Cumin
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Coarse Salt
1 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp Paprika
Fresh Ground Pepper
Lemon Zest
200 grams Green (pitted) Olives
20 pitted Dates
5 Gloves Garlic

How to put it all together:
Mix the sauce mixture well
Dice Garlic and add to mixture
Add 2 tbsp finely chopped Lemon Zest

Add Dates and Green Olives and stir together
cube (bite-sized) and sauté the Veal until tender
Toss with Spice Mixture
Roll out dough
Spread the Date sauce over the pizza dough
Distribute Veal pieces

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

Banana Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe(covers one 16 inch pan)
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
4 ripe Banana (one more if needed)
1 tbsp melted Butter
1 tbsp Kahluha liqueur
Nutmeg to taste

How to put it all together:
Melt Butter and stir in Kaluha
Roll out you pizza dough
Spread Ricotta Cheese evenly over dough
Peel and slice Bananas (rounds)
Arrange Banana slices on Cheese
Lightly brush with butter + kaluha mixture
Sprinkle with Nutmeg,

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

Blueberry Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
2 cups Blueberries
1/2 - 1 cup Sour Creme

Dash or Cinnamon
300-400 grams Aged White Cheddar Cheese

How to put it all together:
Roll out pizza dough
Spread Sour Cream to cover dough
Evenly distribute Blueberries on dough
Sprinkle with Cinnamon
Cover or dot with Aged Cheddar Cheese

Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

Apple Cheddar Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
5-6 Fuji Apples (or your favorite medium sized apple)
4 tbsp Demarara Sugar
10 ml Apfelkorn (liqueur)or Grand Marnier
400 grams sharp Cheddar or a Stilton perhaps

How to put it all together:
Peel and slice Apples
Pour Apfelkorn liqueur over Apple slices
let soak covered for one hour or more
Roll out pizza dough
Arrange apple slices
Sprinkle Demarara Sugar over all
Dot or cover with sharp/aged Cheddar or Stilton Cheese

Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

Pear + Stilton Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
5-6 Bosc Pears (firm)
10 ml Grand Marnier
400 grams Stilton Blue Cheese

How to put it all together:
Peel and slice Pears
Pour Grand Marnier liqueur over Pear Slices
Let soak covered for one hour or more
Roll out pizza dough
Arrange Pear slices
Drizzle liqueur over all
Dot or cover with sharp/aged Cheddar or Stilton Cheese

Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve

TOP

Turkey, Mushroom, Walnut + Stliton Cheese Pizza

What you need:
2 Turkey Breasts
5 Portobello Mushrooms
1 1/2 cups Walnuts
1 Medium Onion
400-450 grams Stilton Cheese
6-7 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Rosemary
Splash of Orange Brandy

How to put it all together:
Chop Portobello Mushroom
Chop Walnuts
Chop Onion
Add Mushrooms/Walnuts and Onion into Food processor
run until a chunky mixture results.
Heat half of the butter in a heavy skillet and stir in Rosemary
Add Mushroom/Nut/Onion mixture and sauté for 5-6 minutes over med/high heat
Add Salt to taste
Take off heat and transfer to bowl
Cut turkey in bite sized pieces
Sauté Turkey in remaining butter over med/high heat until brown
Add splash of Orange brandy and toss Turkey pieces to coat
Roll out pizza dough
Spread Mushroom/Nut?Onion mixture evenly over surface
Arrange Turkey pieces on pizza
Dot with Stilton Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Chicken with Satai Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
1 cup Satai sauce or Thai Peanut Sauce
2-3 Chicken Breasts (deboned)
1 600 grams Button Mushrooms (or your favorite)
1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
5 Cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Peanuts or Pine Nuts or Cashews
4 tbsp Butter

Juice of 1 Lime

How to put it all together:
Slice Mushrooms and marinade in Lime Juice
Cut Chicken Breasts into bite sized pieces
Crush or dice Garlic
Sauté Chicken pieces in half of the Butter with Garlic until golden brown
Sauté Mushroom in remaining Butter until brown
Combine Sun Dried Tomatoes with Chicken, Mushroom and Satai sauce
(add just enough Satai sauce to coat Chicken and Mushrooms)
Heat through
Roll out pizza dough
Spread enough Satai Sauce to cover the dough

Spoon out the rest of the Chicken/Mushroom mixture onto the dough

Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Chicken, Lemon and Garlic Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
2 Chicken Breasts (deboned)
5 heads of Garlic
4 tbsp Butter
1 Lemon
Zest of 1/2 Lemon
2 Fennel Bulbs
400 grams Riebier Morbier Cheese (French)
Salt and Pepper to taste

How to put it all together:
Cube or slice Cheese
Rinse and cut the Chicken Breasts into bite-sized pieces
Peel Garlic
Zest half a Lemon and chop fine
Sauté pieces of Chicken in butter with Lemon Zest Garlic cloves
> until Chicken begins to grown - set aside
Wash and slice Fennel into strips
Sauté Fennel until soft - set aside

Roll out pizza dough
Arrange fell on pizza
Evenly distribute Chicken and Garlic
Dot or cover with Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Turkey and Mole Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
1 Jar/Can of your favorite Mole sauce (or your very own)
2-3 Turkey Breasts
1/2 cups Sour Creme
400-500 grams of Mantas Cheese or another mild Creme

How to put it all together:
Cut Turkey Breasts into bite sized pieces
Sauté Turkey pieces in Olive Oil until beginning to brown
Roll out pizza dough
Spread enough Mole sauce to cover pizza dough (not to thick)
Arrange Turkey pieces on dough
Sparingly dot with Sour Creme
Evenly dot or cover with Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Mole and Chicken Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
1 Jar/Can of your favorite Mole sauce (or your very own)
2-3 Turkey Breasts
1/2 cups Sour Creme
3 tbsp Olive Oil
400-500 grams of Montasio Cheese or another mild Creme

How to put it all together:
Cut Turkey Breasts into bite sized pieces
Sauté Turkey pieces in Olive Oil until beginning to brown
Roll out pizza dough
Spread enough Mole sauce to cover pizza dough (not to thick)
Arrange Turkey pieces on dough
Sparingly dot with Sour Creme
Evenly dot or cover with Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Pesto and Chicken with Roast Garlic Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
1 Jar (190 ml approx.) of your favorite Pesto sauce (or your own)
3-4 Chicken Breasts
400 grams Edam Cheese (sliced)
3 tbsp Olive Oil
4-5 Heads of Garlic

How to put it all together:
Slice tops off Garlic Heads
Warp in Tin Foil or place in open oven proof dish
Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes
Let cool slightly until comfortable to handle
Squeeze roasted Garlic
into a dish
Combine with Pesto and mix well
Cut Chicken Breasts into bite sized pieces
Sauté Chicken bits in Olive Oil until beginning to brown
Roll out pizza dough
Spread enough Garlic/Pesto sauce to cover pizza
Arrange Chicken pieces on dough
Cover with Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Sun Dried Tomato Pesto and Chicken Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
1 Jar (190 ml approx.)Tomato Pesto(or your own)
4 Chicken Breasts (deboned)
400 grams Edam Cheese (sliced)
3 tbsp Butter
5 Cloves of Garlic
1 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil

How to put it all together:
Cut Chicken into bite sized pieces
Chop Sun Dried Tomatoes coarsely and add to Chicken bits
Crush Garlic and add to Chicken/Tomato mixture
Let stand for 1 hour refrigerated
Sauté Chicken and Tomatoes in Butter until Chicken begins to brown
Roll out pizza dough

Spread enough Tomato Pesto to cover pizza
Arrange Chicken pieces
Cover with Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Turkey, Tomatillo and Mozzarella Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
1 Jar (190 ml approx.)Tomato Pesto(or your own)
4 Chicken Breasts (deboned)
400 grams Edam Cheese (sliced)
3 tbsp Butter
5 Cloves of Garlic
1 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil

How to put it all together:
Cut Chicken into bite sized pieces
Chop Sun Dried Tomatoes coarsely and add to Chicken bits
Crush Garlic and add to Chicken/Tomato mixture
Let stand for 1 hour refrigerated
Sauté Chicken and Tomatoes in Butter until Chicken begins to brown
Roll out pizza dough

Spread enough Tomato Pesto to cover pizza
Arrange Chicken pieces
Cover with Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Beef, Spinach and Feta Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
500 grams of Lean Ground Beef
1/2 tsp Hungarian Paprika
1 Med. Onion
Kalamata Olive Paste (or diced Kalamata Olives)
2 Bunches Fresh Spinach
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
400 grams Feta Cheese

Salt and Pepper to taste

How to put it all together:
Dice Onion fine
Fry Ground Beef with Onion
Add Paprika and Salt to taste

Wash Spinach and remove stems
Place in large saucepan with only the liquid clinging to the leaves
Cook covered med/high heat until bright green
Take off heat and drain well
Chop Spinach by hand or pulse once or twice in food processor
Let cool and mix in crumbled Feta Cheese
Toss with Lemon Juice
Roll out pizza dough
Spread the Olive paste over dough or distribute the chopped Kalamata olives
Evenly distribute Beef and Spinach mixture

Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Prosciutto, Butternut Squash Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
600 grams or approx. 1 lbs. Butternut Squash
200 grams Prosciutto Ham
400 grams Edam Cheese
1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion
1 Tsp Ground Rosemary
1/2 cup Water

How to put it all together:
Halve Butternut Squash
and scoop out seeds
Peel and cut into 1 inch pieces
Peel and dice Onion
Sauté Squash and Onion over med/high heat in Olive Oil for approx. 5 minutes
-add water when needed and salt to taste
Turn down heat and simmer covered for approx. 10 minutes
> until just tender and liquid has cooked down
In food processor puree Squash and Onion adding Rosemary and Salt to taste
Roll out pizza dough
Spread Butternut puree over dough

Cover with slices of Prosciutto
Cover with Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Corned Beef and Sauerkraut Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
500 grams Corned Beef or Montreal Smoked Meat
1 1/2 cups Sauerkraut (packed and drained)
2 tbsp of your favorite Mustard
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Large Onion
1 tsp Caraway Seeds
400 grams Emmenthal Cheese


How to put it all together:
Slice Onion
Add Caraway seeds and sauté in Olive Oil until browning
Mix in Mustard
Add in the drained Sauerkraut and mix well
Roll out pizza dough
Spread Sauerkraut mixture over dough
Layer Corned Beef over Sauerkraut
Cover with Emmenthal Cheese


Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Blue Cheese Burger Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
800 grams Lean Ground Beef or Ground Veal
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
4-5 tbsp your favorite BBQ Sauce
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Med. Onion
1/2 cups sun dried Tomatoes in Oil
Dash or Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup of your favorite Relish
400-500 grams Cheddar Cheese
50 grams Gorgonzola Cheese


How to put it all together:
Heat Olive Oil in large skillet and begin cooking Ground Beef over med/high heat
In food processor add Onion, Garlic, Sundried Tomatoes, Worchestershire Sauce
and the BBQ Sauce
and pulse until just mixed together
Add to Ground Beef in skillet and cook meat through

Roll out pizza dough
Dot with Gorgonzola Cheese
Spread Hamburger mixture over dough
Distribute Relish over top
Cover with Cheddar Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Mennonite Farmer Sausage Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
1 link of authentic Mennonite Farmer Sausage

1/2 cups Sundried Tomatoes in oil
600 grams Med. Gouda Cheese

How to put it all together:
Slice Farmer Sausage into 1/8 inch slices
Sauté in large skillet over med/high heat
drain any excess liquid
Mince Sundried Tomatoes
Roll out pizza dough
Spread the Sundried Tomatoes over dough
Arrange Sausage slices
Cover with Gouda Cheese


Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

Ham and Mushroom Pizza

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
1 cup Sundried Tomatoes in oil
2 tsp dried basil
2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
5 Cloves of Garlic
3 cups or your favorite Ham
2 cups Mushrooms
500 grams Mozzarella Cheese

How to put it all together:
Combine Sundried tomatoes with Garlic and Basil in food processor
Pulse until uniform paste results
Dice Ham
Slice Mushroom
Sauté Mushrooms in heavy skillet until they brown
Add tomato paste, adding just a touch of water to thin if needed
Cube or slice Mozzarella Cheese
Roll out dough

Spread the Paste/Tomato mixture on dough
Dot with Ham
Top with Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven
Slice and serve

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
350 grams Herb Salami slices(or your favorite)
2 Medium Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Sundried Tomatoes
300 grams Emmenthal Cheese
5 Cloves Garlic
1 tbsp dried Basil
3 tbsp Olive Oil

How to put it all together:
In a food processor add Sundried Tomatoes, Garlic, Basil and Olive Oil and

process until thick paste results
Roll out pizza dough
Spread tomato paste evenly over dough
Arrange Salami slices
Cover with Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve...

Leftover Pie

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
1 1/2 cups Sundried Tomatoes in Oil
1 Head of Garlic
1 Can of Anchovies
2 tbsp Dry Basil
Whatever fresh leftovers you care to put on the pizza
400-500 grams of your favorite Cheese

How to put it all together:
Roll out pizza dough
Process Sundried Tomatoes, Garlic, Basil and Anchovies in food processor
until smooth paste results
Spread paste on dough
Arrange you chosen leftovers

Cover with Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve...

Roasted Garlic and Cheese

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
5-7 Heads firm Garlic
2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
50 grams Gorgonzola Cheese
400 grams Gouda with Caraway Cheese

How to put it all together:
Slice tops off the Garlic heads with sharp knife
Place heads on tinfoil and drizzle with oil
Seal in tinfoil and bake in 450 degree oven for 45 minutes
Remove from oven and set aside to cool slightly
Squeeze roasted Garlic from skins into bowl and mash with a fork
Roll out pizza dough
Spread or dot with Gorgonzola Cheese
Spread the Garlic mash evenly
Cover with Gouda Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve...

Roasted Red Pepper, Eggplant and Olive

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
3-4 large Red Peppers
2 ripe Japanese Egg Plants
100 grams Kalamata Olives
3-4 tbsp Olive Oil
3-4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
6 Cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Sundried Tomatoes in Olive Oil
3 tbsp dried Basil
400 grams Provolone Cheese

How to put it all together:
Halve and clean Red Peppers
Roast in oven until skins blacken and blister
Place Pepper pieces in plastic bag (seal) and sweat them for 25 minutes
Remove peel
Wash and slice Eggplant into half inch rounds, quarter
Toss Eggplant
bits with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
Salt to taste and roast in oven until cooked through (check frequently)
Pit Kalamata Olives
Process Red Pepper, Eggplant, Kalamata Olives, Garlic and Basil in food processor until coarse mixture results
Roll out pizza dough
Spread paste over dough
Cover with Provolone Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve...

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
5 Heads Garlic
450 grams regular White Mushrooms
200 grams *Roasted Portobello Mushrooms
1 -255gram container *'Maestro' Wild Mushroom Sauce
300 grams *Roasted Onions in Balsamic Vinegar
3 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Olive Oil
25 grams Gorgonzola Cheese
400 grams Edam Cheese
*available at better Italian delis'

How to put it all together:
Cut tops off Garlic Heads
Drizzle with Olive Oil
Wrap in tin foil and bake in 450 degree oven for 45 minutes
Set aside to cool
Squeeze Garlic Paste into bowl and mash with fork
Halve White Mushrooms and sauté in Butter until brown
Halve Roasted Onions
Chop Portobello Mushrooms into bite sized pieces
Roll out pizza dough
Dot with Gorgonzola Cheese
Spread Roasted Garlic
Spread Wild Mushroom Sauce to cover
Arrange all remaining Mushrooms and halved Onions

Cover with Edam Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve...

2 cups canned Plumb Tomatoes
24 Artichoke Hearts in Oil

300 grams Green Olives (pitted)
200 grams Assiago Cheese
350 grams Mozzarella Cheese

How to put it all together:
Drain and halve Artichoke Hearts
Halve Olives
Strain Tomatoes to remove excess liquid
Puree Tomatoes briefly in food processor
Roll out pizza dough
Spread Tomato puree evenly on pizza dough
Arrange halved Artichoke hearts
Distribute Green Olive halves evenly over entire pizza
Dot with Assiago Cheese
Cover with Mozzarella


Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes

What you need:

1-266 gram jar of Kalamata Olive Paste

4-5 Medium Onions
3-4 tbsp Olive Oil
350 grams Feta Cheese

How to put it all together:
Halve and slice Onions
Sauté Onion slices in Olive Oil over med/high heat until beginning to caramelize
Roll out pizza dough
Spread Olive Paste over dough
Distribute sautéed Onions over paste
Crumble Feta Cheese over Onions


Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
5 Med Yukon Gold Potatoes

4 Cloves Garlic
800 grams of your favorite Mushrooms
3 tbsp Butter
Ground Rosemary to taste
Salt to taste
50 grams creamy Gorgonzola Mascarpone Cheese

400 grams French Racelette Cheese

How to put it all together:
Boil Potatoes in their skins until 'almost' cooked through but still firm
Set aside to cool
Halve Mushrooms
Mince 3 Garlic Cloves
Sauté Mushrooms in Butter until beginning to brown
Add minced Garlic and grown Mushrooms
Slice Potatoes to not more than 1/4" thick
Roll out pizza dough
Rub with one Garlic
clove (sliced in half)
Spread Gorgonzola onto dough
Arrange Potato slices to cover dough
Sprinkle with Rosemary and salt
Arrange Mushrooms on Potatoes
Cover with Racelette Cheese


Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve...

What you need:

5 Medium Potatoes
4 tbsp Butter

50 grams Gorgonzola Cheese
350 grams French Racelette Cheese

How to put it all together:
Slice Potatoes lengthwise into 1/4" slices
Daub with butter and bake in 450 degrees oven until browning

Roll out pizza dough
Spread Gorgonzola over dough
Arrange Potato slices to cover dough

Cover with Racelette Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve...

What you need:

1 1/2 - 2 cups of your favorite Salsa Sauce
1 bunch Cilantro
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
500 grams Ground Beef
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
300 grams Cheddar Cheese
200 grams Assiago Cheese


How to put it all together:
Wash and chop Cilantro
Mix juice of half a Lime into Salsa Sauce
Sauté Ground Beef in heavy skillet over med/high heat until cooked through
Mix in Nutmeg
Roll out pizza dough
Spread Beef over dough
Spread Sauce over Beef
Distribute Assiago and Cheddar Cheeses



Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes

Tomatillo, Sausage + Aged Cheddar

What you need:
1 basic pizza dough recipe (covers one 16 inch pan)
4 Thick sweet or spicy Italian Sausages
3 ripe Tomatillos (husked)
1/3 cup Cilantro
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 tbsp fresh Lime Juice
400 grams Aged Cheddar Cheese


How to put it all together:
Slice Sausages into bite sized pieces
Sauté pieces in heavay skillet over med/high heat until cooked through
Wash and coarsely chop Tomatillo's

Crush Garlic cloves and mix with Lime Juice
Chop Cilantro
Mix Tomatillo with Garlic/Lime mixture well
Stir in Cilantro and mix
Roll out pizza dough
Evenly distribute Tomatillo mixture over dough
Add more lime Juice if needed
Distribute Sausage bits
Cover with Cheddar Cheese


Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
Slice and serve...

1 small can of Tomato Paste

How to put it all together:
Cook Spaghetti noodles or use plain leftover noodles
Roll out pizza dough

Spread the can of Tomato Paste
Evenly arrange Spaghetti noodles over entire surface

Cover with Cheddar Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes

What you need:

8 ripe Tomatillos (husked)
1/3 cup fresh Coriander or Cilantro
2 cloves Garlic
2 large Red Peppers

1 small can of Tomato Paste
*makes 2 cups
400 grams Smoked Mozzarella Cheese

How to put it all together:
Chop Tomatillos finer than coarse
Mince Garlic and mix with Lime Juice
Chop Coriander/Cilantro
Cut Avocado into 1/4" slices
Mix Tomatillos and Garlic/Lime juice well
Roll out pizza dough
Evenly distribute the Tomatillo mixture over dough
Arrange Avocado slices
Cover with Smoked Mozzarella Cheese

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes

What you need:

1 can Anchovie Fillets
1/3 cup Capers
1 Lemon

450 grams Smoked Salmon
400 grams Friulano Cheese (or another light/mild cheese)

How to put it all together:
Roll out pizza dough
Mix 2/3 of the Salmon with 1 cup Cream Cheese in Food Processor
-Not too much Cream Cheese
Spread Salmon paste over dough
Arrange Anchovie fillets (one per pizza slice)
Crumble remaining Salmon over pizza

Sprinkle Capers all over the place
Cover withFriulanoCheese
Slice thin lemon rounds and arrange on the pie

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes

500 grams fresh Green Beans

300 grams Swiss Gryere Cheese


How to put it all together:
Wash and slice Red Peppers into thin stips
Sauté Red Peppers in heavy skillet over Med/High heat until cooked through
Wash and cut Green Beans into 1 inch lengths
Steam Beans until 'just' done
Roll out pizza dough
Spread Gorgonzola Mascarpone Cheese on dough
Distribute sautéed Red Peppers over dough
Evenly distribute Geeen Beans
Cover with Cheeses

Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
