Spirals

Artist Roberta Petrobelli created a series of black spirals on the white
cups of her illy Collection. With this simple graphic design, however,
she made each cup different, for each presents concentric lines
spinning in a different direction.

China

Inspired by the Far East, An Du, a Chinese artist and calligraphist,
created a fascinating collection. A few recurring themes -- lotus
flowers, birds, and goldfish -- are featured in this illy collection. The
harmony of the colors, the shading, and the artistic details which
attract the eye and evoke profound emotions are far more important
than the subjects themselves.

Teatro

In honor of the 40th anniversary of the Repertory Theater of Friuli Venezia Giulia,
renowned set designer Emanuele Luzzati designed a special commemorative illycaffè
cup produced in a limited number of copies. His unmistakable style decorates this
cup honoring the event.

These limited cups were distributed during special events, and total only 5000 worldwide.
