Lisa's Education

Lisa has extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She received her Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine(OCOM) in 1993. She is a diplomat of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is currently in private practice in Trail, BC and is registered with the College of Traditional Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia. She is also an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist certified through the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association.

Mission Statement

I believe that acupuncture is a necessary component to our health care system. My goal is to improve health through the science-based therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine. As well, it is my goal to help maintain health through follow-up acupuncture treatments and/or modalities under the scope of Traditional Chinese Medicine..

Other Interests

Lisa is also a mother and enjoys weight training, downhill and back country skiing, cooking, watercolour and oil painting, meditation, writing and spiritual reading.
