Bio

Stephen Rose was born in Montreal and has been educated in Quebec, Ontario, England, and the US. He's been a teacher, a publisher, a textbook author, freelance translator and writer (as well as a drugstore delivery boy, for 35 cents an hour). He's lived in Canada, England, the US, Japan, and Taiwan and hopes one day soon to live in another country. Writing, music, and sailing are his passions. He currently resides in Sidney, BC with his wife. He has one son.
