My Great-Grandmother Victoria Grey was born May 24, 1871 in Melancthon Twp., Grey County, Ontario. She died September 15, 1919 in Tosorontio Twp., Simcoe County, Ontario.
She married William "John" Adair on June 01, 1892 at the Church Of England, Dundalk, Proton Twp., Grey Co., Ontario. Victoria & John are buried at Glencairn Cemetery, Sunnidale Twp., Simcoe Co., Ontario. (The village of Glencairn is in Tosorontio Twp., The cemetery is in Sunnidale Twp.)
Victoria's parents were Elias Bradson Grey (1819 - January 05, 1888) and Mary Lowery (1825 - March 31, 1903). Elias and Mary are Dundalk Cemetery, Proton Twp., Grey Co., Ontario
Elias B. Grey named Dundalk, Ontario after his birthplace, Dundalk, Ireland. He also had Dundalk, Ontario's first post office in his home.
Elias's father, Richard Grey was born May 14, 1877 in Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland about 1798. He died May 14, 1877 in Osprey Twp., Grey County, Ontario. He married Ann Evans Ingham on July 26, 1818 in Dundalk, Ireland. Ann was born 1796 in Dundalk, Ireland and died 1871 in Osprey Twp., Grey County, Ontario.
Both are buried at St. Mary's Anglican Church Cem., Maxwell, Osprey Twp., Grey Co., Ontario.
