    • Slow season Oct. 1st to April 26, $2490/month for 3 months term; $2790/month for month by month
    • Hot season April 27 to Sept. 30, $2800/month for 3 moths term; $3390/month for month by month
    Restrictions & Fee

    • pets permit on request, addition fee applied $12/night per pet
    • Rate is based on three people, more than three $29/night per person.
    • $75 cleaning fee applied per booking

    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking. Balance due 15 days in advance or cash on arrival. Payment can be direct bank deposit; credit card online payment (Visa, Master, Amenrican Express Card or debit card). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If cancellation less than 35 days prior, payments are not refoundable.

    Minimum 3 nights; Rate based on 3 people. $119/night Mon. to Wed. $139/night Thur. to Sun; Weekly rate $830; Christmas season Dec.17 to Jan.03, $169/night. Weekly rate $1090; $29/night per person when more than 3; $12/night per pet, permit on request.
