Hi, and welcome to the home of Okanagan Home Checkers. We are Barbara O'Shea and Keith Himmelreich, owners and operators of Okanagan Home Checkers. We are a licensed, bonded and insured provider of house sitting and pet sitting services, located in Westbank, in the heart of the beautiful Okanagan Valley. We provide service to the communities of Westbank, Kelowna, and Peachland.

You could ask a friend or neighbour to “keep an eye on the house”, but if a real emergency occurs will they know what to do? As all of us are aware things can happen while you are away; leaky water heaters, broken pipes, furnace stops heating, resulting in possible winter freeze up, water softeners over flowing and a multitude of possible other problems. With routine in-home inspections damage can be kept to a minimum and professional services can be provided. Also, most importantly, you meet your home owner’s insurance requirement for routine in-home inspections.
