North of Prince George the Hart Highway (97) rises and then goes through conifer, river and lake countryside. There is not  much slope to the terrain so the river meanders quite a bit. The scene here is along the Crooked River section of the road.  It was less than clear when one was seeing the river or a lake, or just a wide area in the river. According to the map it should be McCleod Lake.
