Just outside Watson Lake one properly enters the Yukon. Watson Lake itself feels like a frontierstown and is one.  It has a Signpost Forest !!?? The only sizeable town in North America without a MacDonalds!? Maybe. I met a young man wearing a "ZIMBABWE" T-shirt. However, he had traded it off another guy. I told him that down there in Africa we feed people to lions for lesser crimes....a joke.
