Northern British Columbia is a place seldom if ever visited by the vast majority of urban Vancouverites. The folks of Vancouver typically go to Vancouver Island, the USA or the Okanagan for their holiday breaks. Few are prepared to invest in the time to explore the north of their beautiful province. Yet, somehow, this was where I thought I found the "Real BC".
