On Kootenay Lake, the ferry connects the road from Nelson to Creston, BC approx 40 min. ride free
Waterton Lakes Glacier International Peace Park. It is south of Pincher Creek (where I grew up), in south western Alberta. The lake is in Canada and the USA.
Lake is 12 miles up the mountain, Don't go before July or take snow boots.
