The London, Ontario military base Officer's Mess with members of the First Hussars during a May reunion 2004. These vets and others left following the reunion to attend 60th anniversary events in Normandy. While none of the vets at this reunion knew Harry Osborne, they knew first hand of the battle that took his life. They were there.

Art Osborne, nephew of Harry Osborne, attended reunion events that included a memorial service at Victory Park in London, Ontario where one of the actual tanks from the D-Day invasion was returned from Normandy to serve as a permanent memorial.

With a D-Day vet at the reunion's Regimental Ball event. Harry Osborne's photo is shown and Art osborne wore his father's Legion tie and his grandfather, Art Hurley's Legion pin.

Inside the same model and vintage tank as the one used by Harry Osborne on D-Day. It is thought that Trooper Osborne's position was behind the gunner.
