[hpr032] Fields is the third album released by the Italian one-man-act Bessemerr. Under the shell of noisy electro-dub and electro-acoustic suggestions, the entire work is inspired by the futurist artist Ardengo Soffici: like his poetry, Fields tries to re-create the junction between the profound empathy with the homeland (Tuscany: the same for both) and the impulse to dynamism, a typical futurist feature. Bessemerr is Paolo Berti's musical project. The act investigates the relationship between naturism and recent techniques of music production, influenced by early 90s avant-gardists and the power of pre-adolescent reverie: the purpose is noise music based on rigorous but vitalistic rules of nature. Electronics with a theoretic folk method. Bessemerr released two albums under the Polish label Far From Showbiz, beginning a relationship with label's owner Roberto Manfredini and his meta-artistic project Archeodada. He also collaborates with University of Siena with regards to contemporary art and you can find out more at his myspace page. Individual Tracks: (256 kbps)
