Scrap Heap makes his debut on Happy Puppy with the experimental noise EP Outset. Scott Feeney, the man behind Scrap Heap, is also a fellow netlabeler and propriator of Oceanbase label. Unlike a lot of noise music produced, Scott's approach to taking a single solitary sample and stretching, expanding and morphing it beyond it's original form, is intelligent and dynamic. Using distortion and tones as percussion, the sound constantly moves and keeps you guessing and interested in what will happen next.
