Trip To The Mainland -- July 24, 2004

Peter and I woke up at 4:30am to catch the bus out to the ferries (yay for bus passes!). Caught the 7:00am ferry, and met up with Shannon there, drove around and hung out all day with Shannon and her friends. They were ssooooo cool!! Wish we could've stayed longer, but oh well, it was awesome! Yay for girlies!

This is what Victoria looks like at 5 in the morning. You can see the space station!

Walking on the road... Why?? Cause we can!

We were on the bus when the sun decided to come out, so I had to take some pictures cause i never wake up this early to catch the sunrise. So this a rare occurance! hahah

The sunrise was more intense than this... But oh well, you get a feel of it. It's still good.
Too bad that post was in the way, but oh well, it's still an awesome shot!

This is when we finally reached the Mainland!

I like free gas!

The bridge that crosses the Fraser River. Ahhh i forget the name of the bridge.
Fraser River!

My first time at Ikea! That place is amazing!

I don't know what Peter and Shannon are doing. So use your imagination..
They had a few kinds of shopping carts! Had to try them all!

Hahahha "eggcellent!" - phrase stolen from Shannon! When I said "stolen" i meant "borrowed"...
They got everything at Ikea! So I decided to swipe a DVD player.
I love those fiber-optic lights!
Shannon and Shannon!

Peter's one and only pet horse decided to commit suicide.

Poor Peter, he was crying the whole day.

Why is the quality so good in this pic?!?!
Look what I found!! So now it's mine!
Where do they come up with these names?!

On the ferry back to Victoria after a long day!

That's good to know that the wall will not tarnish.

Ferries have funny signs...

Just messing around with panaramic shots while on the ferry. I think I did a fairly good job of piece two pics together...

Big ship!

Way to go Peter!! Dropping my new sign down in the "crew only" area!
Had to ask that guy to get it for us! Hahaha
Yeah i'm really liking these panaramic shots! This one was at the Active Pass? Ehhh, something like that. Turned out pretty good.

Time to place a BC Ferry into the water.
