• May 17, 2006: A Townsend's Warbler heard at Notch Hill.
• January 2007: 1 Townsend's Warbler seen repeatedly on the ocean side of Marina Way and a female Townsend's Warbler seen on January 31, 2007 at a suet feeder on the other side and 500 m further down on Marina Way.
• November 2007: Two Townsend's Warblers seen in a garden at Marina Way near the water.
• September 22, 2008: A Townsend's Warbler seen in a garden at Marina Way along with lots of other birds.
