  • October 19, 2005: 2 Spotted Towhees seen at the Nanoose Bay Estuary.
  • January 11, 2006: 8 Spotted Towhees seen or heard between Dolphin Lake and the top of Rockhampton Rd.
  • January and February 2006: Several Spotted Towhees seen daily at a feeder at Marina Way.
  • February 8, 2006: 5 Spotted Towhees seen at Englishman River Estuary.
  • Spotted Towhees can be seen and heard at any month in the Nanoose area. Many juveniles were observed in July 2006 along Marina Way. In August, however, few Spotted Towhees were seen or heard.
