Chicken Pot Pie costs $2.13 to produce including the cost of accompaniments such as French fries and vegetables. The Menu Price is $5.95. What is the Food Cost Percentage?
FC% = (PC / MP) x 100%
FC% = ($2.13 / $5.95) x 100%
