Web Services 

We can develop a web site for you based on your needs and personal tastes. We will set you up on the internet including your own domain name ex: septemberacres.com 

We will do original submission to search engines for you and provide you with the necessary information & options available that are the most reasonably priced. You will then be responsible for ensuring payment to search engine provider or a third party that will resubmit your site on a regular bases to ensure you have good placement.

If you are confident that your site will be accessed enough with out a third party you can then go to as many other sites of organizations affiliated with your product or service that allow you to post a link for free. This is time consuming but can save you a lot of money in the long run.

Site Prices are as follows;

Basic Site: With links to your email address,  $110.00 for 1st page, $75.00 each page after or, 5 pages for $350.00 with links to 5 of your favorite sites. You can always start small and add pages at a later date as you get ideas.

Domain name & Web Hosting: : Vanity domain name will be registered for you free of charge and can be transfered to other web hosts. There is a one time charge of $14.95 for set up, for an additional $14.95 per month we will provide you with a web host which will provide you with a place on the web to have your site uploaded to, and provide 100MB space for your site as well as other features, reports on site activity  etc. these will be set up and billed directly to you. We are not responsible for changes in prices beyond our control. 

We will also provide you with 5 hrs. of update time per year and will provide you with a detailed summary on time spent each session and time remaining for year. Hours over and above your 5 hrs will be charged at $20.00 per hr.
