ADDITIONAL COPIES OF STOCK PLANS $25.00/set

Commercial

STOCK PLANS NO CHANGES (5 sets of blueprints) $400.00 (in advance)

ADDITIONAL COPIES OF STOCK PLANS $50.00/set

PRELIMINARY DESIGN CREDITED TO FINAL $0.20/sq.ft.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

50% payment required at time of order for scheduling (except stock plans payment in full).

50% payment balance before/on delivery.

All of our drafting is performed on state of the art AutoCad Architectural Desktop 2004 software. All computer drawing files remain the copyrighted property of Graphics & Design. The above fees are for one-time license, unless other arrangements are made. Rates will be estimated prior to order & used for down payment amount. Actual value will be determined once job is near completion & we will notify the customer of final balance required prior to delivery. Any variation to the above conditions must be arranged before order and agreed to in writing by Gilles R. Jalbert of Graphics & Design.
