ALMOST WENDY'S CHOCOLATE FROSTIE
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Nestle's Quik
3 cups vanilla ice cream
Allow ice cream to soften in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Mix all ingredients in blender.
Makes 2 servings.
 
ALMOND JOY 
1/2 cream \ 1/2 pina colada mix \ 1/2 oz chocolate syrup \ 
1/3 cup almonds \ 2 scoops ice cream or mix ice \ blended \ frozen 
 
AMARETTO DREAMSICLE  
2 oz Amaretto
1 oz cherry mix
1/2 orange juice 
1/2 pineapple juice
1 oz cream 
ice
 
LEMONADE
1 1/4 cups sugar
½ cup water
1 ½ cup lemon juice
4 ½ cups water
 
Heat sugar and ½ cup water until sugar is dissolved.  Add lemon juice and remaining water and chill.
 
 
VIRGIN PINA COLADA
2 oz coconut cream
1 ½ oz crushed pineapple
1 oz pineapple juice
1/4  cup crushed ice
1 orange slice
1 maraschino cherry
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high setting until smooth, about 30 seconds. Strain into highball or Collins glass and garnish with orange slice and cherry.
NOTE: Crushed pineapple juice canned in its own juice is preferable for a less-sweet drink; use pineapple canned in syrup for a sweeter concoction.
 
 
VIRGIN STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI
3 oz frozen strawberries -- in syrup
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 tsp sugar
cracked ice
1 strawberry
1 orange slice
Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add lime juice, frozen strawberries, and sugar. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with strawberry and orange slice.
 
SHIRLEY TEMPLE
6 oz lemon-line favoured carbonated beverage
1 splash grenadine
1 maraschino cherry
Into a tall glass, pour soda and grenadine over ice. Add cherry and straw.
Makes  1 serving.
 
MOCK CHAMPAGNE
2/3  cup sugar
2/3  cup water
1  cup grapefruit juice
½    cup orange juice
3  tbs Grenadine syrup
28  oz Ginger ale -- chilled
Combine sugar and water in saucepan over low heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil and boil 10 minutes. Cool. Add sugar syrup to grapefruit and orange juices. Chill thoroughly.
Add grenadine and ginger ale just before serving.   Makes  about 1 ½ quarts.
 
HOLIDAY PUNCH
(Non Alcoholic)
1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (6 oz) can frozen of concentrate, thawed
6  cups water
½ cup Grenadine syrup
1   quart  Ginger ale (chilled)
Combine first four ingredients in a punch bowl.  Just before serving, add ice cubes and gently stir in ginger ale.  Put lemon slice and a cherry in each punch cup, and serve.
 
SATIN RED PUNCH
1 quart apple juice
2  pints  cranberry juice
4  liters 7-Up -- plus 2 ice cube trays
Make 7-up ice cubes and chill other ingredients.  Pour together and serve cold.
 
 
STRAWBERRY SPARKLE PUNCH
4 cups unsweetened Strawberries
1 (3 oz) pkg strawberry Jell-O
1 cup   water, boiling
1 (6 oz) can  lemonade Concentrate, frozen
1 (32 oz) bottle cranberry Juice Cocktail
2 cups cold water
1 (28 oz) bottle ginger Ale
Puree strawberries in blender; place puree in large punch bowl. Strain, if desired, to remove seeds.  Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in lemonade concentrate.  Add mixture to punch bowl.  Add cranberry cocktail and cold water.  Slowly add ginger ale.
 
 
FRUIT PUNCH
1 (48 oz) Can unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup Sweetened orange juice
1/4 cup Fresh lime juice
½ cup Fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup Mint leaves, loose pack
1 Bottle soda water
1 cup Fresh strawberries, cut in half
1 Lemon with peel, sliced
Combine fruit juices and mint in pitcher or plastic container. Chill at least two hours. Remove mint leaves with slotted spoon or strainer. Pour into punch bowl over ice cubes. Gently add soda water. Float strawberries and lemon slices on top.
 
 
PINEAPPLE COOLER
4 (6 oz) cans pineapple juice, unsweetened
2  tbs lemon juice
6  oz orange juice concentrate , frozen
10  oz Club soda,  chilled
Mix juices and frozen orange juice concentrate.  Chill.  Add chilled club soda immediately before serving.  Serve over ice in tall glasses with straws.
 
 
ORANGE SMOOTHIE
6 oz orange juice, frozen concentrate
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
½  tsp vanilla
10  ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender.  Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
 
 
ORANGE JULIUS
6 oz. can frozen concentrated orange juice
1 cup milk
1 cup water
½ tray of ice cubes
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings
