The Grange Homeowners Association

On March 5, 2004, The Grange Homeonwers Association was incorporated and revied on August 19, 2010, copies of the Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate of Revival can be found by click on the preceeding links. The Board of Directors as elected at the last Annual General Meeting for the Grange Homeowners Association are as follows:

Association Fee

When the community was first established by the Grange Property Development Corporation, an encumbrance was registered against each lot to allow for the establishment of a neighbourhood Homeowners Association (HOA) within the Grange. This HOA is comprised of all lot owners registered under the encumbrance.

*Please Note*: The Grange Homeowners Association was not responsible for registering the encumbrance on lands within the Grange. This was done by the developer, The Grange Property Development Corporation, through Sherrick Management Ltd., before the lots in Grange were turned over to individual developers for sale and construction.

As the community grows, the Homeowners Association will serve as a vehicle for enhancing or augmenting the level of maintenance within The Grange community. The encumbrance allows the HOA to collect a fee from all residents whose lots an encumbrance has been registered. The amount of the fee and use of the fee will be determined by the HOA. The current fee structure is as follows:

  • Single Family Home - $36.00/year
  • Multi-Family Home - $18.00/year
