Kite control bar

This 30.5 inch long kite bar is made up from an old windsurfing boom. The ends and the middle are plugged with short pieces of PVC rod. The rest is filled with foam. The eyebolts are stainless steel with a thin neoprene cover to wrap the kite lines onto. There is a hole through the middle of the bar for the front lines of a 4-line kite. I'm only trying to recoup the cost of the stainless steel bolts.
