All participants and instructors must wear a “Participant Ribbon” (when not in costume) for entry to the Festival.

Each Group Entry musy have an accompanying adult chaperone (other than their instructor) in the backstage area.

Entry Forms –

• • A Dancer may only perform one time per age group per classification. At no time may a dancer(s) compete against themselves.

• • Only one entry per form (Please ensure that the form is completed using the appropriate corresponding classification (For eg. V3 = Volyn Girls’ Duet). Entry Forms will NOT be processed unless they are accompanied by the correct amount and type of payment.

• • Group entries must indicate the names and ages of all participants and listed ages must be averaged (and verified by copies of birth certificates)

• • Each group (with the exception of solos and duets) must have a name for their dance to be performed. School names are not to be included as part of a routine’s name.

  • No money will be refunded for the cancellation of entries
