The VEETERETZ UKRAINIAN DANCE FESTIVAL and the Dow Centennial Centre are not, and will not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles; nor are they liable for any injuries or illnesses which may occur at the Festival. Dancers are responsible for checking all dressing rooms to ensure that they are left neat and tidy.

A confirmation package will be forwarded to the contact person of the participating dancing school, after all entries are received and scheduled. This package will contain a draft program, and further information regarding the facility, parking and hotels. Entry ribbons and one complimentary program will be available for pick-up in the dancing school file located at the Festival Office /Instructors Room. It is the responsibility of the contact person to ensure correct spelling of names, performance classifications and to advise the Festival Co-Chairs of any corrections necessary.
