Our Commitment to our Customers

fotoDoctor is based in Kelowna, Canada. This central location facilitates prompt attention to our customers throughout the Okanagan Valley: Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, and more.

Due to the ubiquity of the Internet, we extend most of our services to customer throughout the United States and Canada. Although some aspects of our business rely on postal delivery, many of our deliverables are accomplished completely on-line.

We provide high quality, prompt service to our customers. We guarantee our work. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money. In the case of photo restoration, no payment is expected until you review the final repairs.

Overview of our Services

The following products and services are available to all of our international customers:

• Photographic Restoration: We can restore your photographs digitally. Whether retouching studio prints for models or repairing your vacation snapshots, we are able to remove blemishes, diminish facial wrinkles, repair torn pictures, change the background, perfect your wedding scenes, and much more.
• DVD Archives: Preserve your precious VHS collection and snapshots. We can transfer your photographs, music, and VHS tapes to DVD discs. Easy to view, multimedia effects and music add interest to your browsing experience.
• Digital Slideshows: Transform your photo and video memories into a customized multimedia slideshow on a CD or DVD that you can view, share, and print. Custom graphics and background music are included as part of the process. Select from one of several available themes. Send us your favourite music CD and we'll also add your favourite tune.
• Graphic and Web Design: Our suite of professional software tools include Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash, and Premiere Pro; AutoDesk's AutoCAD and 3dStudio; and related software to create your graphical solution.
• Printing and Scanning: If you wish, we can have your pictures scanned and/or printed using one of our trusted service bureaus.

We can offer the following specialized services to our customers throughout the Okanagan Valley:

• Photography: We provide incidental photographic services using a 12 megapixel prosumer Sony Alpha A700 digital SLR.

How Much Does It Cost?

Photographs: Email us a sample digital photograph and we'll send you a quote. A simple restoration costs $15.00. You only pay once you are satisfied with the repairs.
