breathing, Uj means "to expand", jayi means "success"
Ujjayi breathing cools the mind, soothes the nerves and strengthens the
abdomen, it helps to reduce stress and develop mindfulness.
 
Pilates
is a full body workout that focuses on strengthening the weak and strong
muscle groups through controlled, isolated movement. All
movements originate from the powerhouse (core), while focusing on breath
control, you will be strengthening and lengthening muscles, which develop
core strength and long, lean muscles. You will improve strength, flexibility,
mobility while improving posture and preventing injury.
