I met Sherry ten years ago and was instantly drawn to her. I met Sherry about one and a half years ago. I was very impressed with the personal workout sessions Sherry developed for me that helped me maintain my core strength and muscle tone. I was scheduled for reconstructive knee surgery and in the time leading up to my surgery Sherry's focused attention motivated me to stay fit. I have always been active and spent years cross training in various fitness programs. A few years ago I became very ill, resulting in surgery, and was unable to keep to my fitness routine. Recuperation was a big challenge. One of the best choices I made was to hire Sherry as a personal trainer to help me get into shape before and after surgery.

After interviewing me, Sherry designed a fitness routine appropriate for my health and fitness level and then, in one-on-one sessions, coached me through the program. I am happy to say that, thanks to Sherry, I am back to full health and a full fitness program. I currently attend classes that Sherry teaches, and when needed, I refer to Sherry for coaching and personal training services.

Sherry is an excellent instructor and coach. She is always positive and supportive. Attending her classes or having one-on-one sessions is always fulfilling. She is constantly upgrading her skills, and her routines are never dull. Her knowledge and skill set allow her to keep designing classes/programs that are interesting and provide her clients with excellent fitness programs.

Sherry is a consummate professional in what she does and it is evident to me that she has chosen this career because it is something that she loves and believes in.
