Pilates ,Yoga, Bosu, Core, Stretch & Bootcamp Classes
Private pilates mat, yoga,bosu, core, stretch & bootcamp classes in a limited class size setting for personalized attention (maximum 10 people per class).

Kundalini Yoga: A 90 minute Kundalini yoga class. .
Sundays: 11:00am-12:30pm starts Janurary 2012

ABT: A strength class that focuses on abs, thighs, and butt, with a full body stretch.
Fridays: 9:00am-10:00am

Bosu: A full body workout using the bosu, bands, and free weights. Start date TBA

Partner Core & Stretch: A class that focuses on improving core strength & flexibility while working with a partner.
Once a month - 6:45pm-8:00pm

Backyard Bootcamp:
Wednesdays: 7:10-8:10pm
Saturdays: 9:00-10:15am

Core Conditioning & Stretch: A 45 minute class that focuses on strengthening the core through a variety of abdominal & back exercises using body weight, stability balls, bosus, & medicine balls for 30 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of stretching to improve flexibility.
Mondays: 7:15-8:00pm

Yoga Classes:
Tuesdays: 6:45-8:00pm

Commit to be Fit: An 8-week small group training series.

Pilates Classes:
Mondays: 6:00 - 7:00pm

Tuesdays: 9:00-10:00am
Wednesdays (PiYo): 6:00-7:00pm
