Pilates ,Yoga, Bosu, Core, Stretch & Circuit Classes
Private pilates mat, yoga,bosu, core, stretch & circuit training classes in a limited class size setting for personalized attention (maximum 10 people per class).

Simply Stretch: Improve your flexibility with this 30 minute full body stretch class.
Wednesdays: 6:30-7:00pm - Start date TBA

ABT: A strength class that focuses on abs, thighs, and butt, with a full body stretch. -
Wednesdays: 6:00-7:00pm
Thursdays: 9:00-10:00am

Mom & Baby Bootcamp:
Mondays: 10:15-11:15am - Start date TBA

Monday Morning Mix: A circuit class - stations of cardio & strength (full body workout using weights, bands, bosu, and balls).
Starts again in September 2009.

Backyard Bootcamp:
Mondays: 8:00-9:15am - Starts June 29/09
Mondays & Fridays: 9:15 - 10:30am - Starts September/09
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:30 - 7:45pm - starts April 21/09
Saturdays: 9:00-10:15am

Core Conditioning & Stretch: A 45 minute class that focuses on strengthening the core through a variety of abdominal & back exercises using body weight, stability balls, bosus, & medicine balls for 30 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of stretching to improve flexibility.
Mondays: 7:15 - 8:00pm

Yoga Classes:
Tuesdays: 6:45-8:00pm
Wednesdays (for beginners): Start date TBA
Partner Yoga: 6:45-8:00pm: Start date TBA

Kid's Yoga Classes:
Tuesdays: 3:00-3:45pm - Starts in September/09
