Welcome to my site! - dedicated to promoting my services as a contracted delivery specialist in the Lethbridge, Alberta area of Canada.

My name is Bob Harvey & I'm the proprietor of Flamingo Services.

· More than 20 years involved in the delivery industry in various capacities - as a professional driver, organizer, router, sorter, customer service rep, etc. - both as an employee & as an owner/operator/contractor.

· Good at communications, problem solving and organization; detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.

· Dedicated and honest (bondable - presently have Canada Post Corp. security clearance); I take pride in performing duties accurately and with a high degree of quality.

Employment History

2002-present - owner/operator (subcontractor) for Canada Post Corp. in Lethbridge, Ab. (contracted to Action Express Ltd. - located in Regina, SK) · responsible for: Combined Urban Service duties, including Parcel Post/Express Post/Priority Post/Customs/C.O.D. deliveries - Retail Outlet Transfers - Letter Carrier Relays - Street Letter Box scheduled pick-ups, etc. in the Greater Lethbridge area.

1992-2001 - owner/operator (subcontractor) for Grand & Toy office supply deliveries in Vancouver, BC. (1992-1999 contracted to AGT Delivery Service & 1999-2001 contracted to K & M Delivery Service) · Responsible for fast-paced, high-density downtown delivery routes with major corporate & government accounts.· Duties included routing deliveries, sorting/loading of deliveries/pick-ups of goods to & from customers, directing customer inquiries/complaints to proper channels, reporting all incidents/developments to supervisors, etc.· Other duties included maintaining all driver's route records as well as organizing & filing all customer invoicing with office personnel.· Also responsible for maintaining clean, commercially licensed & inspected delivery vehicles & related equipment in good working condition at all times.

1989-1992 - owner/operator (contractor) for Delco Carriers Ltd., a system delivery service in the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland area.· Worked as an independent 'floater' to supplement the company's delivery fleet wherever needed.· Organized routes & maintained deliveries in many areas of the Lower Mainland, both commercial & residential.· Maintained timed pick-ups from numerous outlets & co-ordinated distribution between various fleet drivers.

1973-1988 - employed by various companies in many different capacities ranging from truck driver to equipment operator, bus driver, cab driver, etc.
