School Photo

This is a photo taken for Sofia's school picture. She attends Providence Children's Centre which operates under a charitable society and offers therapeutic and educational services to children with multiple disabilities. Providence is funded through a number of agencies, with the lion's share coming from Alberta Learning - Early Childhood services. You can click on the link here to learn more about them.

In the Annual Report from Sofia's school, there is a lovely writeup and photo of Sofia and one of her little friends, Cole. The following three photos show (1) Sofia and Cole, (2) the narrative about the picture, and (3) an e-mail. I was so proud of their inclusion of Sofia that I sent them an e-mail thanking them. The e-mail is a reply from the Director in response to my 'Thank You'!

On the page opposite the photo of Sofia and Cole was this narrative. It made me so darned proud!

I sent an e-mail to the school thanking them for including my precious Sofia. In response I received this e-mail. It made me even prouder!

REPORT CARD

Although Sofia does not receive a real 'report card' the school keeps Sofia's Momma well apprised of her progress. I have taken the liberty of interpreting the previous material as a Report Card! Oh! I am amazed at just how proud little 2-1/2 year old Sofia can make me! I just had to share this with others.
