Thank you for considering one of our dogs!  Please answer the following questions so we can learn more about you and your household.  It is a long questionnaire, but as we usually receive many applications for our dogs, it will help us find the best homes for them and/or find the dog best suited to you.

Since we want our dogs to have “forever” homes, prospective owners “try out” adult dogs on a “foster-to-adopt.”  If the dog does not work out, it will be returned to us for placement in another home. 

Everyone has concerns about adopting a pet.
