b)  You are playing with your dog and it bites your hand.

c)  Your dog steals food off of the counter.

d)  Your dog not only chews up your shoe, but growls at you when you try to take it away.

e)  A friend brings his very friendly dog over to your house, and instead of playing, your dog growls and lunges at it.

Please add any additional comments about the home you would provide for your dog:

Since we want our dogs to have “forever” homes, prospective owners “try out” adult dogs on a “foster-to-adopt.”  If the dog does not work out, it will be returned to us for placement in another home.

Everyone has concerns about adopting a pet.
If you have any concerns you would like to share or ask about, please list them here (e.g.: Will my children be allergic?  Will my other dog accept another dog?  Will my cranky neighbours be bothered by barking?  Will my relatives not allow a dog of “that” breed on their property?  Will it not be the cuddly type of dog I want? etc.).

IMPORTANT:  By submitting this application, you certify that all of the above information is true, and you authorize the release/disclosure of any records relating to the above information, such as contacting a vet or landlord, etc.

Completing this application does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt a dog.

And finally, thank you for your interest in our foster pets!!
