Diedrich offers a  two day workshop on coffee roasting.  Anyone interested in Coffee may attend.
Check their web site for times and information on these workshops. Diedrich are located in Sandpoint Idaho which is a wonderful little town with a lot of character. We found Beckie and Steve very friendly and the entire visit was enjoyable.
Steve gives detailed information on the coffee from crop to the roaster supplying some data that I have just not found anywhere else.
