About the Author:

Gord Gibben, PMP, the copyright author of the EPO, has over 30 years project management experience including large-scale projects, enterprise applications and infrastructure upgrades. He has established and managed Project Management Offices in the public and private sector.

A recognized expert in team building and project management soft skills, Gord is president of GPM Training Solutions.
