** Online testing associated with each midterm to be completed by midnight before the midterm.

Online tests go into review mode with answers after each midterm to prepare for the final exam. 

*** The weight of any missed midterm (10%) will be transferred to the final exam (60-70%).

 No notes or documentation required to explain absence.  

**** Minimum mark based on above calculation.  That calculation compared to final exam

results and adjusted to reflect progress.  All testing based on the textbook test bank

 unless otherwise specified.

NOTICE

1. All testing is multiple choice.  For midterms & final exams 'op scan' sheets are used.  Students must use a lead pencil 'to fill in the dots' and code their student number correctly.  Failure to correctly code the student number will result in delay in results and demerit.

2. No electronic devices are allowed, by Departmental policy, in midterm and final examinations excepting approved calculators specifically Texas Instruments T1-502SV  for $4.95 or Texas Instrument T1-30Xa for $11.95.  Both are available at the 'U' bookstore.  For my classes a calculator is necessary only for online testing purposes.  

3. Plagiarism & Academic Dishonesty will not be tolerated.
