Career Counselling
Career counselling based on the SOI Assessment is unique and powerful. The starting point for individuals to evaluate their career potential is an educational assessment that gives solid feedback. Once an individual has a clear understanding of their own abilities, they are ready to make informed decisions about their career potential.
The SOI assessment predicts whether or not an individual is likely to succeed in a particular career and measures whether a person is ready to take a course in computers, a specific academic field, a trade or simply upgrading their skills. It will also identify if a person is not ready, the reason why, and will offer them an opportunity to improve the way they learn .
