The CHIP Program

CHIP is a 4-week adventure into renewed Health & Wellness. Through a series of nightly video presentations, Dr. Hans Diehl will lead you to a personal realization of how you can:

  • Reduce cardiovascular risk factors with your fork and knife!

What Local Participants Receive:

  • Two (2) Heart Screens – one at the beginning and one at the end of the program.

    Each Heart Screen is a detailed risk factor analysis which includes:

    • a complete blood analysis: total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, and fasting blood sugar levels

    • blood pressure and resting heart rate (pulse)

    • ideal weight determination

    • evaluation and recommendations

    • Lifestyle questionnaire & personalized counseling

  • Nightly lifestyle lectures presented by Dr. Hans Diehl.
