Welcome to my website. My name is Janine Leduc and Distinctive Designs is my painting and decorating business. For over 20 years I was in the administrative/secretarial field and one day, well actually the idea had been floating around in my head for a long time, I decided to follow my dream and start this business. Finally I was free to let my creative juices flow.

Since starting this business I have had many wonderful experiences working for my clients. I have been challenged to envision my client’s ideas, which have only been presented to me verbally and transform these ideas to walls. I have been given free rein to do what I do best and this level of trust from my clients is an incredible feeling.

For me, the name Distinctive Designs describes the type of work I do – not your everyday, run of the mill type of painting – I will create a unique and distinctive finish just for you. It’s not painting – it’s art!
