ARLE CLARKE HOUSE

Joyce is an internationally exhibited artist and gourmet cook, and Peter, a novelist, screen writer, dramatist and retired Professor Emeritus. We fell in love with Victoria and with this extraordinary, artist-designed 20 room house. Because we love cooking, entertaining and sharing the history of Earle Clarke House, it was natural for us to open up two suites to guests. Curl up with a book in our Great Room's eleven foot window seat overlooking the trees and heritage homes of our upper Fernwood neighborhood. We have lots of space, so feel free to cuddle among the cushions in the fireplace inglenook, or relax in our English garden, source of the fresh flowers in every room. After a convivial gourmet breakfast in the dining room, we can suggest some of the many interesting attractions the Victoria area offers.
