Stays must be two nights or longer and we can welcome children over twelve.

Pickup is available from the downtown US ferries and bus station. Guests arriving from the Victoria International Airport can take the Airporter shuttle bus directly to our B&B.

We regret that, because of our stairs, we are not wheelchair accessible.

Rates are double occupancy and include our award winning gourmet breakfasts. Please note that 5% federal GST will be charged. Special weekly, monthly and "whole-house" discounts are available, so please enquire. Rates may be subject to change.

We also offer reduced rates for visiting writers, actors, and artists belonging to recognized Canadian and international organizations (ACTRA, PEN, The Writers' Union of Canada, CARFAC, The Playwrights Union of Canada, Screen Writers Guild, Equity, etc.).

To reserve your suite, we require a night's deposit (three nights for our weekly rate). Your deposit (less a $15.00 processing fee) is refundable with two weeks' cancellation notice. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, traveler's cheque, or cash. We can accept credit card payments by phone or fax.
