barges with various cargo, tugs towing log booms, cruise ships in
summer, and very often the eagles as they soar from nearby tall trees.
Our bed and breakfast views include the coastal mountains north of
Vancouver. These views are breath taking on clear, bright, sun shiny

Eaglepoint

can walk the shoreline or beachcomb with a magnificent view of the
Gulf Islands. Listen to the sea lions as they migrate and visit
nearby. You can often hear the sea lions from the deck at Eaglepoint
Bed and Breakfast.
Downtown
Nanaimo's harbour, shopping district and theatre is a 20 minute
drive. Shopping and fine dining is just minutes away or a 15 minute
walk for the more adventurous. The local Recreation Centre swimming
pool is a 15 minute drive. Two parks are nearby with swings, slides
and climbers for the younger guests. A fifteen minute drive from
our bed and breakfast takes you to Nanaimo's public golf course.

a retired criminal investigator; Joan a nursing administrator. We
