Redstone Arsenal produced most of the Chemical Warfare material for the US Forces during the Second World war.  The Redstone Arsenal website has an excellent history of the Arsenal and gives some production figures as well as production figures for some of the munitions produced.  All in all an excellent site, highly recommended.
